In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform while partnering with experienced team members to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.\nWhat you’ll own\nGather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on user experience\nConfigure Salesforce features including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, and automation tools\nSupport data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity through rules, automation, and monitoring\nAssist with security configuration including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings\nMonitor support tickets, provide first-level triage, and escalate issues as needed\nPartner with senior team members to review solutions and contribute to broader platform discussions\nCreate and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes \nAbility to work within Claude to build automations to manage/monitor internal processes and personal work\nWhat you’ll bring\n0-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related IT/support role\nFamiliarity with Salesforce fundamentals and platform functionality\nExposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams\nWhat could set you apart\nSalesforce Administrator certification (or progress toward certification)\nExperience with Flow Builder or other declarative automation tools\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem \nYour background may bring strengths we have not listed here.
