drive platform observability and reliability improvements.\n\nWhat You will Need to Succeed : \n\n- 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience.\n\n- Strong backend experience with Golang and microservices architecture.\n\n- Solid front-end experience with ReactJS.\n\n- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.\n\n- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other SQL-based databases.\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and service-level concerns.\n\n- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, NATS, GCP Pub-Sub) is a plus.\n\nPreferred/Bonus Skills : \n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.\n\n- Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).\n\n- Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).\n\n- Understanding of authentication, authorization (OAuth2, OIDC), and secrets management.\n\n- Passion for improving developer experience and platform scalability.\n\nWhen You Join Team Applied, You Can Expect : \n\n- A culture that values who you are and recognizes that you aren't just an employee;
