As a senior engineer, you'll take ownership over key areas of the platform, help design the architecture, lead development efforts, advance our AI efforts, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows. The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to our product vision by delivering a high level of quality and technical excellence. Success requires fluency in SaaS-based application development, test automation, analytical skills, and unwavering dedication to software quality.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA) to build scalable, cloud-native software solutions \nCollaborate as part of Agile Scrum teams in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives \nDevelop and maintain robust accounting systems and reconciliation applications\nArchitect systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability. \nBuild applications using GCP services. \nLead and contribute to technical design discussions, mentor team members, and guide architectural decisions and technical best practices. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nIf this role sounds like the right next move, we’d love to hear from you. You might bring:\n5+ years of relevant programming experience as a full stack developer \nProficiency with .NET/C#, Typescript, React, Kubernetes, SQL Server, OpenAPI, Apigee and GCP \nUse AI and automation as leverage: reduce toil, accelerate delivery, and improve decision quality by embedding AI-assisted development and automation into daily execution (not as optional tools). \nFamiliar with Agile frameworks, ideally Scrum or Kanban using tools like Jira and Confluence \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills and working with ambiguity \nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards. \nProven technical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and research abilities \nExperience with cloud environments and cloud applications with DataDog, GitLab, and Kubernetes \nB.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience \nExperience providing guidance and support to other members of the software engineering team to support technical problem-solving \nBonus points if you also have:\nPrevious experience working in startups or within the Insurance space \nExperience building and integrating with General Ledger, Accounting, and Reconciliation systems at scale \nExposure to Nodejs development and Payments space\nTalent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that.
