recognise strong outcomes and address gaps with courage and compassion.\n\n- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering Leadership on quarterly planning, sizing, and estimates.\n\n- Define and cascade goals so the teams deliver against company objectives and the product roadmap.\n\n- Improve processes and documentation, and lead the teams through change by communicating benefits and enabling skill development.\n\nWe Are Excited To Learn More About You : \n\n- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in people management, with experience managing teams or managers/leads.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop technical teams.\n\n- Hands-on experience with C# / .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server, with strong REST API design expertise.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, service boundaries, and modular architecture patterns.\n\n- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud platforms, and software security.\n\n- Ability to size and plan accurately, and to address root causes of technical and operational issues.\n\n- Agile Scrum experience, with working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.\n\n- Degree in Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nYou May Have Other Skills, Including : \n\n- Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).\n\n- Experience with front-end modernisation or legacy framework migration, such as AngularJS to modern Angular.\n\n- Experience in insurance technology or SaaS products, and scaling teams in globally distributed environments.\n\nWhen You Join Team Applied, You Can Expect : \n\n- A culture that values who you are and recognizes that you aren't just an employee;
