Team: Solution Consulting - North AmericaSalary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 USD Location: Remote (US)

We’re looking for an Insurance Software Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting - North America team and work alongside our sales team to serve clients and prospects in a consultative, pre-sales manner.

You’ll be involved at various points of the sales cycle and relied upon to demonstrate how our Applied Epic portfolio adds value to a client’s business, from both a technical and business perspective. Using your industry experience, you’ll collaborate with our sales team to discover and document a client’s strategic and functional goals, prove alignment with our product capabilities, and show how technology changes drive growth, lower costs, and increase production. You can live anywhere in the US, working from a home office, with up to 25% travel.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions
• Coordinate site visits with clients and prospects
• Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
• Ensure hand-offs to and engage with supporting resources at the appropriate phase of the sale
• Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Travel up to 25% in North America to support client engagements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of P&C insurance agency/brokerage experience and/or Applied Epic (or comparable agency management system) expertise, or equivalent SaaS sales experience
• Working knowledge of configuring, testing, and using AI-based products
• Professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, both in person and via virtual platforms
• Organized and analytical, with keen critical thinking skills
• Passion for driving business through a consultative approach
• Customer-focused, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in insurance and/or technology

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position considers a variety of factors, including depth and breadth of experience, skills and role scope. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans (bonus and commission).
