This role will champion continuous improvement, influence stakeholders across the business, and help scale People Operations for future growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job and compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding.\nIdentify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and self-service solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.\nPartner cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, knowledge base content, training materials, workflows, and audit-ready controls.\nLead operational improvement initiatives, analyze service trends, and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related field.\nProven experience improving operational processes, simplifying workflows, and maintaining process documentation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. \nBonus points if you also have:\nExperience supporting a high-growth or rapidly evolving organization.\nExperience with audits, compliance activities, or third-party vendor management.\nFamiliarity with HR technology platforms, self-service solutions, automation tools, workflow optimization, or RPA.\nTalent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that.
