Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do.\nWe’re looking for a Vendor Integration Program Manager to join our Business Operations team and support the operational success of our new, fast-growing Certified Vendor Program and help shape how it scales.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRun the onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors, creating a smooth experience for both vendors and customers.\nCoordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors, tracking milestones and escalating issues as needed.\nSupport vendor billing and fee reconciliation, partnering with Finance and BizOps to keep invoicing and commission payments accurate.\nBuild and maintain vendor performance scorecards and recurring reports that show program health and platform impact.\nAct as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors’ business and technical teams, and keep use cases, contract records and program documentation up to date.\nSpot ways to streamline processes across business development, BizOps, CX and Product / Engineering, and partner with stakeholders to put improvements in place.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, billing or a related function, plus a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience coordinating multi-step projects with internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency in a project management tool such as Jira, Asana or Smartsheet to track milestones and keep everyone informed.\nA highly organized approach to following and improving workflows, maintaining detailed documentation and managing a growing vendor portfolio, with comfort working with contracts and technical documentation.\nStrong Excel skills and working knowledge of reporting tools to build dashboards, scorecards and billing reports, plus the analytical sense to spot trends or discrepancies and turn them into clear recommendations.\nClear written and verbal communication, including preparing reporting materials and presentations for program leadership.\nBonus points if you also have:\nExperience at a high-growth SaaS company.\nA track record of documenting existing processes, finding inefficiencies and helping put standardized practices in place for vendor lifecycle management.\nComfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being defined.\nTalent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that.
