You will work closely with other C-suite members to provide financial insight and guidance on strategic decisions, as well as work with the board of directors and ethics board.\n Qualifications:\n Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field\n Master's degree preferred\n 10+ years of experience in financial management and planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role\n Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence and create trust\n Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting\n Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance\n Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate tasks\n Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner\n Requirements\n Experience in an IP or manufacturing company\n Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant)\n International finance experience\n Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations\n Responsibilities:\n Develop and implement a financial strategy to support business goals\n Manage all aspects of financial operations, including cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting\n Coordinate the development of annual budgets and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely\n Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations\n Implement best practices to ensure strong fiscal management and project coordination\n Provide financial insight and guidance to other C-suite members to support strategic decisions\n Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities\n Identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement to improve financial performance\n Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems to ensure compliance with regulatory entities\n Prepare detailed financial reports for the management team and the rest of the company\n Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR\n Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible work hours, and opportunities for growth and career development.
