Associate Cloud Engineer
Location: Remote within the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom
Shift Pattern: M-F, 8:00a - 4:30p or 9:00a - 5:30p

We’re looking for an Associate Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering Team and help support the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll build hands-on expertise across cloud operations, automation, and application support.
What You’ll Do
- Support cloud-hosted application testing, implementation, maintenance, and validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, server, network, and application environments.
- Assist with incident response, documentation, and operational process improvements.
- Contribute to automation, deployments, and on-call support activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in cloud operations, infrastructure support, systems administration, or application support.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Exposure to Linux, Microsoft SQL Server, or relational databases.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
