Our Supply Growth team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For

• Data-Driven Revenue Optimization: You will analyze key monetization performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR) across your portfolio of app publishers to identify trends, uncover correlations, and make data-backed adjustments that maximize partner revenue and adjoe’s bottom line.

• Proactive Portfolio Ownership: You will manage and nurture existing app publisher relationships through daily communication across Slack, email, and calls, serving as their primary contact to drive ongoing engagement and long-term account growth.

• Technical Advocacy & Troubleshooting: You will gather detailed partner requirements and lead internal technical troubleshooting, translating publisher feedback into prioritized action items across cross-functional teams to keep integrations running seamlessly.

• Operational & CRM Discipline: You will systematically track account activities, manage publisher pipelines, and maintain operational visibility using Salesforce, Jira, and internal dashboards to ensure zero drop-off in partner management.

• Strategic Partner Reporting: You will prepare data-rich reports, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using Google Suite and Google Slides to demonstrate clear ROI, elevate monetization strategies, and secure executive-level alignment with publishers.

• Fast-Paced Execution: You will operate with high autonomy and a hands-on mindset in a rapidly evolving adtech environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strict focus on output and revenue-generating activities.
