Binnen deze familiale onderneming wordt sterk ingezet op digitalisering, samenwerking en een moderne werkomgeving. In deze rol krijg je de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van de Microsoft 365-omgeving en digitale werkplek, waarbij je een directe impact hebt op de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie.\n\nFunctie\n\nJe speelt een centrale rol in het verder uitbouwen, beheren en optimaliseren van de moderne digitale werkplek binnen de organisatie.\n\n· Je bouwt mee aan een overzichtelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke Microsoft 365-omgeving waarbij SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive centraal staan.\n\n· Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling en het beheer van het intranet.\n\n· Je begeleidt medewerkers bij het gebruik van Microsoft 365 en bent een aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond de digitale werkplek.\n\n· Je werkt richtlijnen uit rond documentbeheer, structuur en samenwerking zodat informatie veilig en efficiënt beheerd wordt.\n\n· Je ondersteunt de implementatie en adoptie van Microsoft Copilot en andere AI-oplossingen binnen Microsoft 365.\n\n· Je automatiseert repetitieve processen met Power Automate en onderzoekt bijkomende mogelijkheden binnen het Microsoft Power Platform.\n\n· Je ondersteunt document- en datamigraties naar Microsoft 365.\n\n· Je draagt actief bij aan optimalisatieprojecten rond digitale samenwerking en interne processen.\n\n· Je ondersteunt de algemene IT-werking, waaronder onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers, gebruikersbeheer en toegangsrechten.\n\nJe beschikt over een relevante IT-opleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.\n\n· Je hebt ervaring binnen een Microsoft 365-omgeving en haalt energie uit het verbeteren van digitale samenwerking.\n\n· Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor orde, efficiëntie en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.\n\n· Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief bij nieuwe uitdagingen.\n\n· Je communiceert vlot met collega's en vertaalt technische informatie begrijpelijk naar eindgebruikers.\n\n· Je werkt zelfstandig maar voelt je ook comfortabel binnen een kleine IT-afdeling waar samenwerking belangrijk is.\n\n· Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.\n\nTechnische Skills\n\nJe hebt een brede kennis van:\n\n· Microsoft 365, met focus op Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive.\n\n· Gebruikersbeheer en ondersteuning binnen Microsoft 365.\n\n· Documentbeheer en digitale werkplekken.\n\n· Power Automate en
