You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative AI workflows, advanced automations and genAI use-cases for our automotive projects.\nTo succeed in this job, you will need to:\nDesign, develop, and optimize process & prompts for various genAI applications.\nIdentify and develop use cases for AI workflows and genAI technology within the automotive industry.\nCollaborate with different stakeholders, engineers and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based.\nAnalyze, interpret and audit results from genAI models & workflows to improve performance and user experience.\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in genAI, AI engineering and agentic techniques.\nIf you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technology in the automotive sector and have a knack for crafting effective prompts, this is the right job for you!\n Profile:\nDemonstrated experience working with language models, context engineering & agentic processes.\n1+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, with a focus on data access, agent development, process following and skill creation.\nStrong knowledge of genAI foundations, techniques, and best practices.\nExpertise in genAI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI + OpenAI/Claude sdk.\nProven experience in designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrations in a business context.\nProficiency in n8n or equivalent visual orchestration tools, such as Make (Integromat), Activepieces, or Pipedream.\nFamiliarity with AI-specific orchestration platforms like Flowise or Langflow, or agentic frameworks (e.g., CrewAI) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with text analysis, data chunking, embedding and information retrieval systems.\nExpertise in Multimodal unstructured data storage and explotation methods (vector, graph, document,...) is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of or experience with AWS framework.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI-based efficient and accurate solutions.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements, propose solutions and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.\nMaster's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus.\nLanguages:\nFluent in Spanish and English.\n Applus IDIADA is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
