Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations. We are also accredited for Australia, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and give consultancy to other countries and regions such as South America (including Brazil), China, Middle East, Gulf Countries, ASEAN, USA and Canada, among others.

Responsibilities:

· Communicating with client to understand their requirements and prepare quotations.

· Managing Type approval / Conformity of Production (COP) of vehicles, according to Indian / European regulations.

· Preparing documentation and application for Type approval of component / vehicle.

· Co-ordination of testing and related activities with client.

· Communication with IDIADA HQ and IDIADA BUs.

· Management of storage and logistics of test samples / test vehicles.

· Coordinating with the inspector / officers at test agencies for scheduling and execution of tests.

· Witnessing tests at client end or test agency and support client in maintenance / repairs / preparation of test sample / test vehicle.

· Preparation of test reports and related documentation after completion of witness tests.

· Good understanding of vehicle category.

· Using ‘Navision’ and ‘PAMPOL’ to manage projects regarding homologations (co-ordination of activities, cost control, project follow-up, defining the targets…..

Requirements:

Language skills: Fluency in English, Hindi and Local language.

Possession of Driving license for Motorcycle and LMV-NT preferred.

Profile Requirement:

· 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Type approval management / Homologation.

· Good understanding of test specifications and regulations such as AIS, ECE, FMVSS, OEM specifications.

· Prefer contacts with ARAI / VRDE / CIRT / ICAT officials.

· The candidate should be familiar with all documentation required for Homologation.

B.E/B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical)
