This strategic role requires a professional with 5+ years of experience in similar position who will coordinate commercial committees, manage contractual matters, and ensure pricing coherence across all business units.\n KEY RESPONSABILITIES\nCommercial Committee Leadership\nCoordinate and supervise commercial committees for each offer, ensuring alignment across all departments (productive and support teams) to guarantee successful project execution.\nRisk and Value Assessment\nIdentify project risks and unique selling points (USPs) during offer review processes, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of each opportunity.\nContract Management\nHandle contractual topics including payment conditions, billing terms, and project margins. Review sales contracts and coordinate with legal and production teams to ensure compliance with all requirements.\nPricing Management\nOrganize and coordinate the definition of pricing policies with product managers, establishing reference prices for each service and ensuring consistency across the organization.\nAnalyze the implementation of pricing policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.\nStrategic Planning\nCoordinate with product managers and country sales managers to define annual objectives. Present objectives to management for approval and coordinate sales action plans across relevant teams.\nProfit management\nConduct comprehensive analysis of profit margins across all products, services, and business units to identify improvement opportunities and areas of concern.
