This is a technically demanding space, spanning live streaming infrastructure and video delivery pipelines. You will go deep with engineering teams, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and hold your own in conversations with vendors and architects. Working alongside the Lead Product Manager on the Video team, you will own roadmap execution and day-to-day delivery, collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ship with quality and velocity.\nYou will be an active contributor to product strategy: leading roadmap conversations, identifying new opportunities, developing use cases, and helping define initiatives from the ground up. You will own meaningful scope across the product lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through launch, with direct exposure to senior product and business leadership at one of the world’s most recognized sports entertainment brands.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategy\nDrive roadmap and strategy conversations for video: opportunity identification, initiative sizing, and prioritization.\n\nHelp shape the video roadmap with the Lead PM: what goes on it, not just what ships.\n\nIdentify new product opportunities across streaming and monetization. Bring structured thinking to early-stage ideas and develop them into business cases.\n\nStay close to industry trends in streaming media and emerging platforms, bring relevant signals back to the team, and influence direction.\n\nStakeholder & Product Development\nBuild direct relationships with client stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams.\n\nLead the development of user-facing features: gather requirements, synthesize feedback, define success metrics.\n\nDrive new initiative discovery (interviews, use-case development, competitive research) as the team explores new product surface areas.\n\nKeep video consistent across web, mobile, CTV, and every app, and work through tradeoffs between platform teams.\n\nReport on outcomes in business terms (engagement, playback quality, monetization), using QoE and analytics data.\n\nOwn product areas end to end, from problem definition through launch.\n\nDelivery & Execution\nKeep the video backlog healthy: grooming, ticket quality, user stories, sprint tracking, and release readiness.\n\nCoordinate across the vendor ecosystem, including the video player, encoding/pipeline, video analytics and observability, and casting and cross-device continuity. Hold vendors to their commitments and evaluate technical tradeoffs.\n\nTranslate product direction into well-scoped spec docs and keep them accurate as work evolves.\n\nTrack releases and report on delivery, surfacing risks and blockers early.\n\nServe as the connective tissue between platform teams, engineering, QA, design, and external partners.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n5+ years of product management experience on a digital product team.\n\nSharp product instincts: you lead roadmap conversations, spot what’s missing, and push back when something isn’t right.\n\nTrack record of taking products from concept to launch.\n\nCuriosity about the business, not just the backlog. You want to understand why things are being built, not just what.\n\nClear, precise written communication. Your PRDs and updates don’t require follow-up questions.\n\nSolid organization and follow-through.\n\nComfort working with external technical vendors or partners and holding people to commitments.\n\nFluent English\nBased in Latin America\nWorking PST Timezone\nNICE TO HAVE\nAbility to analyze product data and translate insights into actionable improvements.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior client leadership.\n\nProject delivery experience, such as facilitating agile ceremonies (standup, sprint planning, retrospectives) and managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.\n\nFamiliarity with third-party streaming platforms, analytics tools, and player integrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of AI tools for PM work, such as prompt engineering, AI-assisted research, and LLM tools for synthesis and planning, and an interest in applying them to PM workflows.\n\nPrior consulting or embedded client experience, and comfort operating in a matrixed environment.\n\nExperience with analytics or observability platforms (Adobe, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc).\n\nWHY THIS ROLE?\nYou’ll work embedded inside one of the most recognized sports leagues in the world, on a product used by tens of millions of fans.\n\nYou’ll get deep exposure to a sophisticated, high-stakes technology stack spanning live streaming, video delivery, and monetization, the kind of experience that accelerates a PM career.\n\nOpportunity to grow.
