All candidates should work in hours that align to CT (Central Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone)\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nProgram Leadership & Governance\nDevelop, define, and lead oversight and governance mechanisms for software and digital delivery workstreams across the engagement, covering the end-to-end software development lifecycle from planning and discovery through development, testing, release, and deployment\n\nBuild and maintain program plans, schedules, RAIDD logs, and performance reports aligned with client priorities and software delivery milestones\n\nManage complex, competing priorities with structured thinking and a high degree of creativity\n\nApply agile and lean methodologies to ensure successful management and transparent reporting of initiatives within software development and digital product delivery environments\n\nTeam Management & Execution\nLead cross-functional delivery teams (design, engineering, QA, product), establishing clear strategies and milestone plans across the software development lifecycle\n\nDrive priorities and task assignments aligned with overall program objectives\n\nNavigate teams through technical and organizational challenges, applying proven PM principles\n\nPartner closely with software engineering teams to translate business and client requirements into well-scoped, executable delivery plans - including sprint planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, release coordination, and deployment readiness\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as a primary delivery contact for client stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives\n\nPartner with client account managers to understand business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans for digital products and software initiatives\n\nProactively surface risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery\n\nEnsure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded throughout the engagement\n\nProcess & Quality Assurance\nEstablish and maintain project management processes across all workstreams within digital and software delivery environments\n\nDevelop resolution plans when delivery challenges arise, escalating appropriately and swiftly\n\nEnsure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations before handoff or release , with appropriate consideration for software testing, release, and deployment processes\n\nTELCO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)\nYou have delivered digital projects within the telecommunications sector. This experience must be in software and digital product delivery. Experience limited to infrastructure, networking, hardware, network deployment, data centers, or other non-software telecommunications projects does not meet this requirement.\nYou have direct experience managing or coordinating software development teams and projects and are comfortable operating within the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You understand how Engineering, QA, Product, and Design teams work together to plan, build, test, release, and deploy digital products.\nExperience with mass-market prepaid operators or MVNOs is strongly preferred. You have hands-on familiarity across several of the following:\nSelf-service in remote channels: IVR, WhatsApp and conversational assistants.\n\nSelf-service in owned channels: mobile app and authenticated web (My Account).\n\nSales and awareness products: public website, acquisition and conversion journeys.\n\nComplementary products: device sales/e-commerce, captive portal.\n\nInternal tools for operations teams: back-office, agent-facing and support tooling.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n7-10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years in the telco industry managing or coordinating software development teams and digital/software delivery projects in a hands-on delivery capacity\nFull professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - required\nProven track record delivering digital projects in the telco sector, ideally in Mexico or LATAM\n\nStrong command of project management tools: Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, Smartsheet\n\nDemonstrated experience with agile and lean delivery methodologies applied within software development contexts, including sprint-based delivery, backlog management, dependency management, release management, and awareness of CI/CD practices\n\nProven track record managing programs involving digital transformation, business process optimization, or organizational change\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills -
