Digital Designer & Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS)

About the role

You will work with our marketing team to create and maintain web pages and produce visual content across our digital channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between HTML/CSS development and creative production, delivering work that is visually consistent, responsive and aligned with campaign objectives.

Key responsibilitiesWebsite development and design

• Build, maintain and improve website pages and campaign landing pages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Create responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

• Improve page usability, visual presentation and performance to support enquiries and conversions.

• Maintain consistent branding across website pages and digital assets.

Digital design and advertising

• Design creatives for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

• Produce banners, social media graphics and email campaign assets.

• Adapt designs for different platforms, placements and formats.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn campaign briefs into clear, engaging visuals.

Video editing and content production

• Edit videos for social media, YouTube and digital advertising.

• Create short-form content, including Reels and Shorts.

• Add captions, transitions, music and simple motion graphics.

• Repurpose existing footage into content suited to different channels.

Email development

• Build and update responsive HTML email templates.

• Check email layouts and formatting across devices and email clients.

• Support the production of promotional emails and marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design and JavaScript.

• Strong graphic design skills, including typography, layout and visual composition.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable design tools.

• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.

• Experience creating digital advertising assets and content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.

• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to discuss briefs, understand feedback and collaborate with an English-speaking team.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.

• A portfolio demonstrating both web development and creative design work.
