This role involves supporting and assisting with all financial and accounting procedures within the organization.\nJob Responsibilities\nAssist in the daily management of accounting functions, including invoice preparation, account reconciliations, and the maintenance of accurate financial records.\nManaging communication and coordination with clients, business partners and warehouse operations.\nManage vendor invoices, ensuring prompt payment processing while fostering positive relationships with suppliers.\nLiaising with external partners (banks, accountants, auditors).\nPerforming administrative tasks as needed in the department (communication with public authorities and service providers, drafting of agreements, management of correspondence, monitoring and ordering of office supplies).\nRequirements\nBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.\nProven work experience as an Accounting Assistant for at least 1-3 years in logistics and warehouse departments.\nBasic knowledge of accounting and the Greek tax framework.\nHands-on experience with MS Excel skills.\nGood English for communication is a plus.\nVery good organization skills and
