This role is about acquiring new study abroad consultants across India, activating them fast, and helping them grow consistently.\nLocation: Gurgaon, In Office\nEmployment Type: Contractual\nWhat you’ll be doing every day:\n1. Partner Acquisition\nReach out to study abroad consultants across India through calls and virtual meetings to build a strong and consistent pipeline of new partners\n\nIdentify high-potential partners and onboard them onto the platform\n\nOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closure\n\n2. Partner Activation\nDrive quick activation of newly onboarded partners, ensuring they start transacting within the first 30 days\n\nDrive first applications and build early momentum\n\nRemove initial blockers and guide them on process\n\n3. Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure high retention and satisfaction\n\nStay in regular touch to understand their business and challenges\n\nPosition yourself as a go-to person, not just a salesperson\n\n4. Business Growth Support\nHelp partners scale their student numbers through the right product mix and drive consistent growth in partner-led applications\n\nShare insights, campaigns, and opportunities proactively\n\nTrack performance and push for continuous growth\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\nGraduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)\n\n3+ years of tele-calling / inside sales experience (preferably B2B)\n\nStrong sales instincts-comfortable with targets and closures\n\nClear, confident communication (Hindi & English required), along with proficiency in at least one regional language\n\nHigh emotional intelligence-can read people and adapt quickly\n\nAbility to build trust over calls and handle objections effectively\n\nSelf-driven, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups\n\nAbout ApplyBoard\nApplyBoard empowers students around the world to access the best education.
