As an organization built on diversity, our team members are representative of the students we support.\n\nJob Description\nThe Opportunity:\nThis role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.\nWhat you’ll be doing every day:\nExecute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at helping our partners meet their enrollment goals.\nStrategic Brand Representation & Promotion: Serve as a leading ambassador for ApplyBoard, expertly promoting our platform and services to potential recruitment partners and enhancing their overall understanding and alignment with our brand.\nSales Leadership & Business Development: Lead initiatives to increase recruitment partner sign-ups and strategically identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Utilize advanced engagement techniques across various platforms, including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.\nMarketing & Outreach: Participate in education fairs; deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students. \nConduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5-8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements\n\nPromote Service Adoption: Encourage partners to adopt premium services and tools that enhance overall satisfaction and results.\nLiaison Responsibilities: Serve as a friendly point of contact for institutional stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand partner-specific needs, troubleshoot any issues, and support solutions for operational challenges.\nCRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data regularly.\nRelationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams to build relationships and align strategies.\nWorkshops and Training Support: Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.\nStrong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.\nProficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExtensive travel (15-20 working days per month)\nAbout ApplyBoard\nApplyBoard empowers students around the world to access international education.
