You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.\nWhat you’ll be doing every day:\nExecute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies to help meet enrollment goals for our differentiated partners.\n\nSupport Conversion Rates:Help enhance conversion rates by assisting in the activation and training of Recruitment Partners (RPs) and ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.\n\nService Adoption:Promote the adoption of premium services and tools to enhance partner satisfaction and results.\n\nEngagement Customization:Support the development and customization of engagement models and reporting that align with the unique goals of each institutional partner.\n\nLiaison Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for institutional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:Work with internal teams to address partner-specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate solutions for any operational challenges.\n\nCRM Management: Keep detailed records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data consistently.\n\nRelationship Building:Conduct regular check-ins and syncs with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams to strengthen relationships and align strategies.\n\nWorkshops and Training Support:Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly conversion workshops and training sessions for top recruitment partners.\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nProficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbout ApplyBoard\nApplyBoard empowers students around the world to access international education.
