brand strategy, strengthening awareness, credibility, and positioning across all channels.\n\nLead content and social media, creating engaging stories that reflect our products, culture, and way of working.\n\nManage and improve brand touchpoints, including our website, careers pages, digital assets, and company merchandise.\n\nShape company culture and employee experience through internal initiatives, storytelling, and communication.\n\nOwn and enhance the candidate experience across all touchpoints, from first impression to offer.\n\nBuild communities and lead internal and external events, meetups, and university collaborations.\n\nTrack brand and employer brand performance, using data and insights to improve engagement, reach, and hiring outcomes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years of experience in brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.\n\nExperience managing social media accounts, following content trends, and building communities.\n\nUnderstanding of company culture, employee experience, and internal engagement.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical skills and understanding of how brand impacts growth, hiring, and retention.\n\nBachelor’s
