About the Role

We're looking for someone to own User Acquisition & Growth and help us scale world-class mobile products.

You'll work across our portfolio of AI-powered and consumer mobile apps, taking ownership from budget strategy to performance optimization. You'll manage a continuously growing budget, track marketing spend and deep funnel data end-to-end, and help shape how we scale user acquisition across the team.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok to maximize ROAS and scale aggressively.

• Own a continuously growing marketing budget, tracking spend end-to-end across every channel while protecting marginal ROAS.

• Track deep funnel data - retention, conversion, ARPU, and pLTV/pROAS - by campaign, creative, and cohort to decide where and how much to scale.

• Identify high-performing campaign, creative, and audience combinations early and scale them fast and aggressively.

• Collaborate closely with product, creative, and data teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and improve the acquisition funnel.

• Maintain direct relationships with account managers at Google, Meta, and Apple to resolve issues and unlock new opportunities.

• Use MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and Amplitude to turn raw data into profitable scale decisions.

• Leverage modern tools, including AI-powered tools, to work faster and smarter .

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience managing and scaling user acquisition budgets for mobile apps (iOS & Android).

• A track record of taking a budget and growing it continuously while maintaining performance - your expertise is scaling, not just running campaigns.

• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok (AppLovin is a plus).

• Comfort working with deep funnel data (retention, ARPU, LTV, pROAS) and turning it into concrete budget decisions.

• Understanding of SKAN purchasing principles and mobile attribution; familiarity with MMPs and Amplitude.

• Ability to take ownership, make budget decisions, and deliver results independently.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
