The delivery team works across our disciplines to ensure that Appnovation delivers a quality product, on time and on budget, using a hybrid process of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nYOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO\nCoordinate and manage multiple IT related projects, e.g. website, mobile app and CMS development\n Assist in project activities like gathering requirement with clients, coordinating the developers, designers and client, and project status reporting\nWork closely with strategists, developers, technical architects, product managers, designers, and the clients to define the direction, approach and requirements to project manage the discovery, design and execution\nDevelop statements of work, project charters and other project documentation\nIdentify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects\nAssist in content migration and QA execution cycles across SIT/UAT phases\nMUST HAVES\n1+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a technical environment and a focus on client-facing project teams\nBasic knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies\nBe fundamentally driven by ensuring good process and be able to adapt different approaches and methodologies\nBasic understanding of client business requirements gathering and transferring to technical requirement to development teams\nPlanning, organisational and problem-solving skills\nExcellent Cantonese and English written and verbal communication skills\nNICE TO HAVES\nBusiness analysis and requirements management experience AND/OR in-depth hands-on technical experience\nProject Management and/or Scrum Master certification\nIntermediate proficiency in Mandarin\nWHO YOU ARE:\nFirst and foremost, you are passionate and recognized for your depth and proficiency of your project management skills\nYou enjoy learning about new technology and collaborating closely with various other disciplines\nYou are incredible with clients at setting expectations and you strive to help find the best possible solutions for their business problems\nComfortable working in a team setting and with clients, discussing technical and business requirements\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, and are able to communicate project details, statuses and financials\nAble and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environment\nWHAT DOES APPNOVATION HAVE TO OFFER?\nAppnovation’s development teams are collaborative, friendly and open, and with varied work.
