Translates stakeholder and delivery-team needs into requirements, business cases, and prioritized roadmaps. Partners with platform owners and engineering teams to drive platform improvements, adoption, and measurable value. Serves as the Technical Product Owner, the bridge between business needs and development execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the demand intake, priorities, and capability backlog for web platforms and content management system (CMS) capabilities.\nTranslate stakeholder and delivery-team needs into requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nDevelop business cases and prioritized roadmaps for new and evolving platform capabilities.\nLead CMS and web platform evaluation and migration decisions, including build-vs-buy and vendor strategy.\nPartner with platform owners and the Web Platforms Engineer to drive platform improvements and technical quality.\nDrive adoption of platform capabilities, including artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled content authoring and workflow.\nDefine success measures (adoption, publishing efficiency, site performance, content reuse) and report measurable value to leadership.\nWhat we are looking for \nMust-Have:\n8+ years in product management, product ownership, or web platform management, including end-to-end ownership of an enterprise CMS or web platform.\nStrong command of web platforms and CMS, including traditional, headless, and composable models.\nUnderstanding of page builders, component libraries, templates, and design systems.\nWorking knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), accessibility, performance, analytics, and marketing technology integrations.\nFamiliarity with application programming interfaces (APIs), hosting and content delivery networks (CDN), continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), security, and privacy considerations.\nExperience in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience in a regulated environment (for example, medical, legal, and regulatory review of web content).\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.\nWho you are\nStrong product owner mindset, accountable for outcomes and value rather than output alone.\nEngages credibly with engineers on architecture and trade-offs without owning the build.\nBridges business and technology, translating needs into requirements and constraints into business terms.\nInfluences without authority across business, technology, and agency partners.\nSelf-motivated and adaptable in navigating complex organizational needs and platform decisions.\nThank you for your interest in a career with Appnovation Technologies!
