The successful candidate will work closely with IT Technicians and Managers in managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure, and must demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels id availability, performance and security.\n\nTasks and Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nProvide end-to-end IT support expertise for users and equipment, ensuring smooth daily business operation.\n\nAdapt to existing programs to meet users' requirements\n\nManage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the IT asset database.\n\nUtilise monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact users.\n\nContinuously improve ICT services to enhance sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.\n\nRepair and replace peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems\n\nDesign and maintain web sites\n\nEnsure efficient use of applications and equipment\n\nRespond and offer solution to inquiries about software and hardware problems\n\nQualifications & experience\n\nBS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject and Certifications\n\nSolid Cloud experience, preferably AWS and Azure\n\nExperience with virtualization and containerization (e.g. VMware, Virtual Box)\n\nExperience in monitoring systems\n\nExperience in automation software preferred ConnectWise Automate\n\nSolid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)\n\nExcellent oral and written communication\n\nAbility to meet deadlines\n\nTime management skills\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts\n\nDiscretion and confidentiality\n\nExcellent understanding of computer networks and systems\n\nOrganisational
