In doing so, we advise and coach our clients' teams to provide the best customer experience for their customers.\nYour Tasks\nYou lead client engagements end-to-end - from product market fit workshops to product org design - acting as a trusted sparring partner for CPOs, Heads of Product, and VP-level stakeholders\n\nYou help clients invent and sharpen their product direction: translating user research, market signals, and business goals into actionable product strategy and roadmaps\n\nYou guide product innovation engagements, including AI-driven product development and agentic workflow integration - with real proof points, not just buzzwords\n\nYou know how product teams tick, what slows them down, and how to unlock them - whether that means restructuring team setups, clarifying decision rights, or redesigning their ways of working\n\nYou bring a strong design eye and advocate for design culture within client organizations, helping them build the conditions for great products to flourish\n\nYou act as the primary contact and project owner for your clients, driving trust, clarity, and strategic confidence\n\nYou coach and inspire more junior colleagues, helping them grow into strategic contributors\n\nYou help shape Edenspiekermann’s product strategy offering, contributing to how we pitch, deliver, and talk about this work and develop our methods further\n\nYour profile\nYou have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product strategy, product design, or digital consulting - with at least 3 years in an agency or consultancy context\n\nYou have a strong track record working with product teams in complex organizations, ideally in enterprise or regulated industries\n\nYou are deeply fluent in product thinking: product-market fit, iteration frameworks, product org design, and the full lifecycle of digital product development\n\nYou have hands-on experience with AI-driven product development and can demonstrate real proof points in agentic workflows, AI product strategy, or AI-assisted delivery\n\nYou have an eye for great design and a genuine appreciation for design culture - you don’t just think in roadmaps, you care about what gets shipped.
