To build our first team at our brand-new location in Guadalajara, Mexico, we are looking for a dedicated Office & People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join us on-site in a full-time position. You will play a central role in shaping the local workspace, supporting our growing team, and establishing a seamless connection with our central functions.

Your Tasks
You set up our new location from scratch and actively drive the evaluation and selection of our new office space
You collaborate closely with legal advisors, accounting partners, our CEO, the finance team, and People & Culture to lay the structural foundation for operations
You manage the reception area, office inventory, administrative duties, and external service providers as the primary point of contact once the office infrastructure is established
You serve as the local contact person for benefits, vacation days, technical equipment, and recruiting support to pass on the Appsfactory mindset and best integrate new colleagues
You handle cross-team assistant tasks, organize feelgood management initiatives and team events, and ensure smooth onboarding in cooperation with our HR headquarters in Leipzig
Your Profile
You possess proven experience in HR operations, office administration, or site management with a strong hands-on mentality and positive attitude
You bring in-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law, local HR standards, payroll regulations, and legal compliance to advise our leadership team effectively
You demonstrate a conscientious, proactive, and independent work style with an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and organize yourself in a dynamic environment
You feature strong familiarity with common MS Office + Google Workspace programs and modern office tools
You show excellent communication and comprehension skills in both English and Spanish to interact smoothly with global stakeholders and local partners
You express great enthusiasm for passing on the Appsfactory mindset and integrating new colleagues into our culture
