This role supports one of AppsFlyer's regional AP teams, working closely with the Senior Bookkeeper - Team Leader, the Procurement team, and cross-company departments to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor transactions, invoices, and expense approvals.\nThe position is fully English-speaking and requires strong accounting fundamentals, systems proficiency, and the ability to operate independently within established workflows.\nWhat you’ll do\nVendor Management\nOpen and maintain foreign vendor records in NetSuite - including legal name, tax ID, bank details, currency, and payment terms\nValidate vendor data against supporting documentation prior to creation\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders for missing vendor information\nInvoice Processing\nReceive, review, and classify incoming invoices in the AP system\nAssess each invoice and determine correct accounting treatment: current-period expense vs. prepaid / future-period expense\nCode invoices to the correct GL account, cost center, and department\nRoute invoices through the approval workflow in ZIP and monitor completion\nEnsure all invoices are matched to POs where applicable before posting\nExpense Approvals - Subcontractors\nReview and approve subcontractor expense submissions in Mesh\nVerify expenses against approved budgets, policies, and supporting documentation\nFlag non-compliant or missing-information submissions and follow up for resolution\nEmail & Communication\nRespond to vendor and internal inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner\nEscalate unresolved issues to the Senior Bookkeeper - Team Leader as needed\nGeneral AP Support\nAssist with month-end AP close tasks as directed\nMaintain organized digital records for all processed documents\nSupport ad hoc bookkeeping and AP tasks as assigned\nWhat you have\n4+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping\nSolid understanding of accrual accounting: ability to distinguish a current-period expense from a prepaid or deferred cost\nExperience working in a global / multi-entity finance environment\nProficiency in NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) - vendor creation, bill entry, AP workflows\nStrong written English communication skills - professional email drafting required\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy under volume\nFast learner with a technology-oriented mindset - this role requires hands-on proficiency with AppsFlyer's proprietary internal platforms, acquired through structured onboarding and self-driven learning\nAbility to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision\nBonus Points\nExperience with ZIP or Mesh Payments\nPrior experience supporting a non-local (overseas) finance entity\nFamiliarity with VAT or tax documentation requirements in a global environment\nExperience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth company\nAs a global company operating in 20 countries across 5 continents, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
