The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our IL books.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage AP cycle in accordance with the Company's procurement process: ensuring\nPO authorization, recording invoices to the ERP system, preparing vendors’\npayments in the bank and reconciling accounts.\nReview and approve employees expense reimbursements reports in our designated\nonline system in accordance with the Company’s policy.\nTrack bank accounts balance and prepare bank reconciliations.\nWork with outsourced accountants abroad.\nSupport the quarterly and annual audits and reviews.\nAd-hoc projects as required.\nWhat you have\nCertified Bookkeeper type 2\n1-3 years of bookkeeping experience\nExperience with a global ERP system NetSuite - a must\nEnglish - high proficiency (both spoken and written)\nStrong Excel skills\nWell organized approach: High attention to details, independent, motivated and able\nto work with limited supervision\nGood technical orientation, able to work in a rapidly changing environment.\nBonus Points\nExperience in a global high-tech company.\nExperience with DOKKA/ MESH\nAs a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
