You'll be the translator who turns plan logic into technical spec (and back), while also keeping data accurate, calculations on time, and payouts right.\nWhat you’ll do\nAct as the connective layer between Sales Comp plan and the team building the payout calculation model\nTranslate comp plan rules, exceptions, and edge cases into clear, technically implementable logic, and vice versa\nTeam up with analysts on commission calculations and payouts\nSync source data, generate reports, process account/contract changes\nImplement approved comp adjustments and exceptions with precision\nQA calculations, give payroll files a final check before sign off\nGet ahead of cycle close: prep and validate data, partner with RevOps on completeness\nBuild dashboards and reports tracking payout trends, attainment, exceptions\nSurface insights beyond the numbers to shape commission policy and process\nDevelop and maintain AI augmented economic models\nDrive process improvements for efficiency and controls\nWhat you have\n3+ years in commission processing, finance ops, or revenue ops\nPrior exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan administration\nComfort as a go between for business stakeholders and technical builders\nStrong technical capabilities, high level Excel and familiarity with BI tools\nStrong SQL skills, experience with cloud data warehouses like Athena or BigQuery\nSharp attention to detail, ownership of a recurring, deadline driven process\nAbility to prioritize when month/quarter end volume ramps up\nStrong written/verbal communication across business and technical audiences\nGenuine interest in AI tools and data automation\nBonus Points\nExperience specifying or QAing a commission/payout calculation engine\nUnderstanding of SaaS models and ARR mechanics\nJira or similar ticketing system experience\nSalesforce or other CRM proficiency\nPython for data analysis, automation, and modeling\nAI/ML tool design or implementation in finance\nBeing introduced by an AppsFlyer team member\nAs a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
