# Sales Enablement Manager

Join the front lines of building an AI-native sales organization at AppsFlyer! We're looking for an AI-Native Enablement Manager to lead the shift to AI-first enablement across our global revenue team. Your default output is an interactive AI hub, not a deck - and your mandate goes beyond building tools: you'll coach reps on using AI directly in their own workflow, so it becomes part of how they sell, not just how they're trained. You'll also stay a key trainer on the Flyer Program, but the core of this role is transformation, not maintenance. What you'll do: Build AI-powered enablement infrastructure - interactive hubs, AI-assisted certification, coaching/roleplay tools - as the standard output for every initiative, not a side experiment Coach the sales team directly on using AI in their own workflow: prospecting, account research
