Overview:\n\nWe are seeking a Sales Head to lead the growth of our Consent Management Platform (CMP) built for India's DPDP.\n\nThis role will drive B2B SaaS sales across multiple verticals and own revenue targets.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own a revenue quota and build a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across BFSI, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, telecom and D2C.\n\n- Engage compliance-driven buying committees (DPO, CISO, CIO/CTO, General Counsel, CMO, procurement) to sell the DPDP-ready consent stack.\n\n- Conduct discovery workshops mapping data flows and consent touchpoints against DPDP and the Rules.\n\n- Deliver tailored demos and PoCs, including multilingual consent notices, withdrawal flows and data-principal rights requests.\n\n- Position our solution against global CMPs and alternative approaches, highlighting local hosting, integration and cost advantages.\n\n- Build channel partnerships with Big 4 firms, boutique privacy consultancies, system integrators and cloud marketplaces.\n\n- Manage complex deals through legal, security questionnaires and RFPs, and expand accounts post-go-live with additional modules.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- 10+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience in India, with deals of 25 lakh+ ACV.\n\n- Minimum 3 years selling cybersecurity, data-privacy, GRC or RegTech solutions.\n\n- Working knowledge of the DPDP Act and Rules, including consent, notice and data-principal rights.\n\n- Established network of CISOs, DPOs, CIOs or compliance heads in at least one target vertical.\n\n- Proven ability to run multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months) involving legal and InfoSec review.\n\n- Proficiency with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) and disciplined CRM use (Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho).\n\nNice to have:\n\n- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, ISO 27701 Lead Implementer.\n\n- Prior experience selling a global CMP or privacy platform to Indian enterprises.\n\n- Familiarity with related sector regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, TRAI, Account Aggregator framework).\n\n- Experience building
