Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\n- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and analyze automation failures.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- 8+ years of experience in UI Automation Testing for web applications.\n\n- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.\n\n- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.\n\n- Experience with Page Object Model, Hybrid Frameworks, and Cucumber (BDD).\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.\n\n- Knowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, and test execution platforms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs/LambdaTest).\n\nNice to have:\n\n- Experience with Playwright and API automation.\n\n- Exposure to cloud-based applications and AI-assisted testing tools.\n\n- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.\n\n-
