You’ll set the analytics strategy, own the data governance foundation it runs on, and act as the go-to analytics advisor for senior and executive leadership. This is a builder role; you’ll define how the function operates today and where it scales next.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\n People Analytics\nOwn the People Analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap\nLead advanced statistical and predictive modeling (attrition risk, workforce planning, organizational health forecasting), translating findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for the executive team and board\nDefine and maintain the company's north-star workforce metrics and KPI framework\nBuild and maintain the dashboards, reports, and standardized reporting processes that power People team decision-making\nServe as principal analytics advisor to senior/executive leadership on org design, talent strategy, and workforce planning\nSet technical direction, best practices, and mentorship for People Analytics work\nData Governance\nDefine, own, and evolve the enterprise People data governance framework, including data standards, definitions, ownership, and quality SLAs across all people systems\nOwn the data classification and sensitive-data handling strategy for people data, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations\nSet the long-term roadmap for people-data architecture, partnering with IT and Data Engineering\nPartner with IT to manage system security, access controls, and technical data integrations\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders at all levels\nStay current with People Analytics trends and make proactive recommendations for continuous improvementProvide analytics support for HR strategic initiatives and projects\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS\nDemonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior/executive stakeholders and translate data into business narratives\nStrong business acumen and consultative approach to partnering with HR and business leaders\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\n10+ years of progressively responsible experience in People Analytics or Workforce Analytics, including direct experience advising senior/executive leadership \nMaster’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or related field\nProven proficiency in SQL, Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and statistical/predictive modeling\nExperience with Workday reporting and dashboarding\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times\nVision to read printed materials and a computer screen\nHearing and speech to communicate\n*This is a direct hire.
