You will join a team dedicated to bringing Apollo to market at scale, tackling the complex challenges like safety, commercialization, and mass production to change the world for the better.\nJOB SUMMARY\nDesign, Prototype, and Assemble Humanoid Robots and associated technologies / auxiliary equipment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nCAD/Design and manufacture basic jigs/fixtures for testing \nUtilize manual mill/lathe, CNC machines, and 3D Printers\nHarness schematic creation\nHarness assembly\nPCBA soldering and component modification\nAssemble electromechanical subsystems without full documentation\nCollaborate with R&D Engineers and Test/Validation Engineers to identify and solve complex problems\nAssist with Test designs and Test implementation\nDocument issues and/or assembly processes to be utilized by production technicians as needed\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS\nProven hands-on skills and electromechanical aptitude \nProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications \nExcellent problem-solving skills \nElectrical and/or Mechanical Technician certifications are a plus \nProficient in using hand tools and torque devices\nInitiative and self-motivation - ability to work with little supervision \nCollaborative nature with the ability to work in a team environment \nBasic computer skills \nGood written communication \nStrong work ethic and commitment to safety\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nAssociate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field\nAt least 2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly or related field\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds at times\nVision to read printed materials and a computer screen\nHearing and speech to communicate\n*This is a direct hire.
