This person will own varied, complex searches from intake through offer acceptance and act as a consultative partner to hiring managers. The ideal candidate is an experienced full-cycle recruiter with a track record in a high-growth environment, a clear and proactive communicator, and a sharp business sense, who can manage multiple searches of differing scope and seniority at once.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nPartner with leadership and hiring managers across the company to understand business needs, and advise on hiring strategy, role scoping, timelines, and market realities rather than simply taking requisitions.\nOwn a mix of full-lifecycle searches for technical and corporate roles of varying complexity and seniority, from intake through offer acceptance.\nSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach, tailoring the approach to each talent market.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews, assessing skills, experience, and alignment with company values.\nRun intake and debrief sessions with hiring managers to define success criteria, calibrate on candidates, and keep searches moving.\nManage candidate pipelines actively, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high-touch, professional experience for every candidate.\nCommunicate clearly and proactively with hiring managers, interviewers, and the People team, including regular, data-informed updates on pipeline health, risks, and market conditions.\nNegotiate offers and coordinate pre-employment processes through close.\nMaintain accurate data and compliance in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS\nProven success running full-cycle searches across a broad mix of roles, technical and non-technical, in a fast-paced environment.\nConsultative mindset and strong business acumen; able to push back constructively, shape hiring plans, and connect each search to company goals.\nClear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being chased.\nDemonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leadership and cross-functional hiring managers.\nHands-on sourcing skills and the ability to build your own talent pipeline for niche or competitive roles.\nVersatile and adaptable; comfortable managing several searches of differing complexity at the same time.\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).\nEmbodies the company values of Curiosity, Humility, Integrity, Passion, and Creativity (CHIPC).\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a mix of technical and non technical teams within a product focused company.\nExperience supporting multiple functions and role types at once in a high-growth or startup environment.\nProven track record of closing complex, senior-level individual contributor and leadership roles across varied business and technical teams.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times\nVision to read printed materials and a computer screen\nHearing and speech to communicate\n*This is a direct hire.
