The role holder will be responsible for the comprehensive review and management of various legal agreements and contracts. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and intellectual property, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPerform the legal review of Non-Disclosure Agreements/Client Contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work and related client contractual documents/ Disclaimer and Release Letters/RFP & Tenders/Standard Software Agreements/Data Privacy Agreements/Supplier Agreements/Carrier Agreements/ Business Associate Agreements\nLiaise with internal clients through internal communication channels\nIn depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation\nAssist in drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating documents (including but not limited to a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, sellers, buyers, financial institutions and other third parties).\nAdvise on critical brand protection areas relating to IP and information management, including data protection, data privacy and cyber security.\n Why AppViewX? \nAppViewX caters to a wide range of customers from Fortune 1000 companies, including six of the top ten global commercial banks, five of the top ten global media companies, and five of the top ten managed healthcare providers.
