Senior QA Automation Engineer

This role focuses on leading quality engineering efforts through deep product understanding, hands-on testing, and strong technical guidance. You will drive test automation, manage QA environments, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive risk analysis, and maintaining high standards across API, UI, and infrastructure testing. Strong expertise in Python, automation frameworks, Kubernetes, and security/networking domains is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Performing hands-on understanding and a deep dive into the product features, and guide the team in understanding and execution to have the best quality product delivery.
• You will be responsible for enabling the team to innovate and create strong partnerships with other groups.
• Driving Test Automation efforts in the group, provide suggestions, and take ownership to deliver on time with the help of the team.
• Monitors progress towards project plans and intervenes as necessary. Prepares an efficient strategy for meeting test goals within a test team.
• Analyses risk and quality metrics for multiple projects.
• Setting up/managing QA environments, debugging problems, and ensuring builds are kept to high-quality standards.
• Ensuring that all programs are delivered with agreed-upon business value, on time, and highest quality, either using traditional waterfall or agile methods

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years.
• Strong in Python Programming.
• Strong in REST API Testing and Automation.
• GUI automation experience with Python + Selenium.
• Good experience in Kubernetes deployment.
• Good understanding of domain concepts like SSL, HSM, PKI, Load balancers, and Firewalls.
• Experience in Linux and Windows OS.
• Good in Networking/security Domain knowledge.
• Experience in tools like PyCharm, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, and Postman.

Bonus Skills:

• Good experience in working with SaaS applications deployed in the Cloud.
• Good knowledge/experience in Public clouds like AWS/Azure/GCP and services.
• Experience in Mongodb.
• Experience in Robot Framework.
