You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their requirements for the specific requisition, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. \nThis role requires strong expertise in technical hiring, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, provide data-driven hiring insights, and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. \nKey Responsibilities: \nOwn the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closure. \nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and interview plans for Product Engineering and related technical roles, including but not limited to software engineering, security engineering, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, threat research and other specialized technical disciplines as assigned. \nSource candidates proactively through various sourcing platforms, technical communities, conferences, referrals, and talent databases. \nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles. \nConduct initial screening calls to assess background, motivation, notice period and compensation expectations. \nManage candidate communication and experience end to end, keeping candidates informed at every stage. \nEnsure hiring practices follow company policy, Indian labor and data protection requirements, and fair hiring standards. \nSupport employer branding activities, including campus outreach, community engagement and recruiting events. \nPartner with hiring managers and interview panels to drive timely feedback, decisions, and hiring outcomes. \nEnsure structured interviews, consistent candidate evaluation, and effective interview processes. \nTrack and report recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and offer acceptance. \nDrive offer management and closure by aligning candidate expectations and proactively managing offer drop-offs. \nMaintain accurate ATS records, recruitment data, and compliance with defined processes. \nProvide talent market insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges. \nQualifications: \n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a substantial share in technology or engineering hiring. \nRecent experience hiring engineers in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical product companies. Experience with security-specific roles such as SOC, penetration testing, GRC or application security is a strong plus. \nProven sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and technical community sourcing. \nAbility to understand and discuss technical profiles, tech stacks, and engineering career paths with candidates and hiring managers. \nExperience managing high-volume and niche requisitions at the same time, with clear prioritization. \nWorking knowledge of the Indian hiring market, notice period norms, and candidate expectations across experience levels. \nStrong stakeholder management and comfort giving direct feedback to hiring managers. \nFamiliarity with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse experience preferred) and recruiting metrics. \nExcellent written and spoken English. \nWhy AppViewX? \nAppViewX caters to a wide range of customers from Fortune 1000 companies, including six of the top ten global commercial banks, five of the top ten global media companies, and five of the top ten managed healthcare providers.
