You will work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Postman, and Excel to investigate discrepancies, validate financial data, support integrations with external vendor platforms, and help improve business processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex data problems and working at the intersection of technology, business operations, and financial processes.\n What We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nAdvanced SQL scripting skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.\nHands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to remain focused and productive when working on complex investigations.\nEagerness to learn and continuously improve.Nice to Have:\n\nExperience working with billing, invoicing, financial systems, or cloud commerce platforms.\nExperience with ETL processes and data transformation workflows.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services, including:\nLogic Apps\nData Factory\nStorage Accounts\nFunction Apps\nApplication Insights\nAbility to read and understand application code (e.g., C#) to support investigations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with development teams.\nPractical experience using AI tools to automate and optimize business processes.\nYour Mission:\nBilling & Invoicing Operations:\nVerify billing and invoicing data across the AppXite Platform.\nPerform recurring discrepancy analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing and invoicing data delivered to partners.\nInvestigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes of issues.\nApply required manual corrections and configuration adjustments to ensure timely invoice delivery.\nParticipate in monthly billing and invoicing deliveries, including peak periods.\nData Analysis & TroubleshootingL:\nAnalyze large datasets to identify anomalies, errors, and data quality issues.\nInvestigate incidents and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.\nExecute SQL scripts and perform data validation activities.\nValidate data across multiple systems, integrations, and vendor platforms.\nProcess Improvement:\nReview billing and invoicing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.\nDefine requirements and development tasks needed to improve billing processes and data reliability.\nContribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\nEnsure all activities comply with security and data handling requirements.\nTechnical Collaboration & Expertise:\nAct as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing related functionality.\nSupport internal teams by providing guidance on platform behavior, data structures, and processes.\nParticipate in customer and partner discussions when expertise is required.\nContribute to partner-specific projects by helping design solutions, provide estimates, and support successful delivery.\nCollaborate with Development, QA, Support, Product, and Operations teams.\nKnowledge Sharing & Growth:\nMentor colleagues and help improve organizational knowledge through documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guides.\nMaintain a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of the platform.\nContinuously expand expertise in cloud commerce, billing, invoicing, integrations, and vendor ecosystems.\nStay informed about industry trends and vendor platform developments.\n What we offer:\nRemote-First Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote role, or choose to work from our Latvia office.\nWork with global Tech Leaders: Collaborate on solutions used by some of the biggest names in the industry, including Adobe, AWS, Cisco, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, and Liquid.
