You will receive initial training on our platform, but you should already have the qualifications required for the role. As an Integration Support Specialist, you will provide technical support focused on API integrations, database operations, and platform connectivity. You will investigate and resolve integration-related issues, support customer environments and data flows, and work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and high service quality across the platform.\nWe offer a fully remote position with long-term cooperation, and working hours aligned with the EMEA time zone.\nYour Mission:\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations, database connectivity, and data exchange between systems.\nInvestigate and resolve integration failures, API errors, and data inconsistencies by analyzing logs, API responses, and database records.\nWrite, optimize, and execute SQL queries to diagnose issues, extract data, and support integration workflows.\nWork with RESTful APIs and webhooks - testing endpoints, interpreting payloads, debugging authentication and authorization issues.\nScope integration issues by collecting relevant facts, reproducing problems, and involving engineering teams as needed.\nSupport and maintain integrations with Microsoft Cloud technologies and third-party systems.\nConsult and collaborate with peers, management, and engineering across teams and regions to resolve service issues.\nAct internally as a customer advocate, ensuring integration requirements are clearly communicated to product and engineering.\nDocument integration patterns, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures to improve the support experience and help colleagues.\nEmpower customers to understand integration capabilities, configure connections, and self-solve common integration issues.\nMaintain a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, identifying risks to integration stability and managing expectations.\nTake ownership of tasks, proactively follow up, and ensure fast resolution.\n Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience:\nPrevious experience in technical/integration support in IT.\nStrong SQL skills: ability to connect to databases, write complex queries, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot data-level issues (MS SQL preferred).\nHands-on experience working with APIs - RESTful services, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), request/response debugging, and API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or cURL.\nFamiliarity with data formats and protocols used in integrations (JSON, XML, HTTP, HTTPS).\nCertified within the Azure and/or M365 certification roadmap (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Associate level).\nFluent English (verbal and written).\nExperience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure).\nExperience troubleshooting SaaS application integrations is a plus.\nExperience with ETL processes or data migration is a plus.\nExperience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation or data manipulation is a plus.\nExperience with licensing and invoicing systems is a plus.\nExperience with MS Partner Center or similar administrator portals is a plus.\nAbility to identify, update, and create Help Center articles on integration topics.\nAbility to work well as part of a team.\nAbility to make quick decisions, align priorities, and execute tasks.\nAbility to stay calm under pressure.\nAbility to communicate clearly and precisely, especially when translating technical integration details for non-technical stakeholders.\n Why join AppXite:\nRemote-First Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote role, or choose to work from our Latvia office.\nWork With Global Tech Leaders: Collaborate on solutions used by some of the biggest names in the industry, including Adobe, AWS, Cisco, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, and Liquid.
