To learn more, visit us at www.appzen.com.\nJob Description:\nThe Implementation Success Manager (ISM) is an experienced, hands-on project manager who owns the end-to-end delivery of AppZen Expense Audit and Card Audit implementations. You will run multiple single- and multi-country implementations simultaneously - from kick-off through design, configuration, integration, testing, go-live and hypercare - managing scope, schedule, risk, quality and stakeholders.\nWorking hours :\nThis role requires working 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) to overlap with our global customers and stakeholders. Please make sure you are comfortable with this schedule before applying.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end deployment of the solution (across all modules, functionalities, integration points, and people/change management topics in scope), manage the roadmap, and report to the global steering committee.\n\nBuild trustworthy relationships to communicate and work effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.\n\nOversee global/regional TE policy or template development if multi-country deployment and in program scope in case of EA implementation.\n\nStudy the AP process and map it to the ecosystem of the Autonomous AP solution.\n\nDrive the requirement gathering and documentation.\n\nEvaluate complex customer business requirements gathered by the Implementation Consultants following Fin Trans proven and consistent methodology.\n\nManage the development and review of functional documentation, such as TE policies and process documentation, CDW (conceptual design), and technicalintegration design.\n\nIndependently drive the product configuration according to customer business requirements while considering functional and technical dependencies.\n\nGathering of detailed integration-related requirements/inputs from the Fin Trans/AP\n\nTeam customers and translate customer requirements into application design (according to customer needs and the respective scope of implementation)\n\nAct hands-on in complex technical configurations and conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by Implementation/Functional Consultants.\n\nManage UAT-related test result evaluation and bug-fixing.\n\nManage and maintain cut-over plan (business and technical) Deliver on SLA and commitments under time and budget pressure, incl. updating project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.\n\nIdeal candidates have:\n8+ years of experience implementing SaaS products or other relevant business consulting, with a track record of managing enterprise implementations end to end.\n\nStrong project management skills - scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and stakeholder management - with experience running multiple concurrent projects.\n\nProject management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).\n\nExperience utilizing project management tools such as GoodDay, Asana, etc.\n\nAbility to effectively use, design and deploy AI agents.\n\nWorking knowledge of AI/ML and large language model concepts and how they are applied to finance automation.\n\nKnowledge of T&E, expense report and corporate card processes, policies and audit controls.\n\nHands-on understanding of SaaS integration frameworks (APIs, SFTP/flat-file feeds, SSO) for integration with expense management, corporate card and ERP systems.\n\nExceptional customer presence and presentation skills;
