This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands on technical expertise and deep business acumen to effectively drive solution designing and process streamlining. The consultant will play a pivotal role in helping AppZen to strategically position the integration of the product on the Oracle Partner Network (OPN), enhancing market reach and reinforcing our unique selling proposition within the Accounts Payable (AP) ecosystem\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Solutioning & Partnership: Collaborate closely with customer architects, functional consultants, finance teams, and senior management as a primary technical consultant to design and deliver comprehensive Oracle integration solutions. \nERP Functional Mastery: Leverage deep functional expertise to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex Oracle R12 and Fusion Finance modules, specifically mastering the end-to-end ProcuretoPay (P2P) lifecycle. \nExpense Management: Design, configure, and troubleshoot both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBusiness Suite Expense modules to ensure accurate data capture and compliance. \nCore Technical Development: Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL based solutions, including high performance customizations, reports, and interfaces.\nMiddleware Integration: Execute and oversee Oracle Middleware integrations, ensuring robust, scalable, and seamless data flows between Oracle systems and AppZen’s platform. \nArchitecture & Data Management: Lead the technical architecture design and implementation for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from diverse source systems. \nProcess Optimization: Streamline internal and client facing integration processes and documentation for improved delivery efficiency and faster customer adoption. \nStrategic Alignment: Actively contribute to the strategic effort of securing and maintaining product placement on the Oracle Partner Network (OPN). \nBest Practices: Work with solution architects to enhance integration methodologies and enforce industry best practices and security standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n10+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Oracle Techno Functional roles.\nMandatory Fusion Experience: Extensive Fusion Finance implementation experience is a must, demonstrating proficiency across GL, AP, and PO modules.\n Integration Depth: Proven implementation experience on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including proficiency in complex orchestration design and development using various adapters (e.g., SOAP, REST, ERP Cloud Adapter).\nERP Functional Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules.\nCore Database Skills: Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.\nProject Delivery: Demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within finance and procurement domains, with a focus on solution design and delivery leadership.\nStakeholder Management: Experience in client-facing roles, adept at translating business requirements into technical specifications and presenting solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.\n Bachelor ’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
