We are seeking\na hands-on IT administrator who will own the day-to-day reliability, security, and scalability of\nour hardware, software, and internal network, while directly supporting our staff across global\noffices.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nAdminister, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure (network, endpoints,\nservers, cloud accounts) across global offices.\nManage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring 24x7 availability and reliability of systems\nand services.\nOwn the user onboarding and offboarding process, including access provisioning and\ndeprovisioning across systems.\nAdminister SaaS applications - user provisioning, license tracking, and renewal\ncoordination.\nExecute the IT asset life cycle end-to-end: procurement, deployment, tracking, and\nsecure disposal.\nMonitor systems and infrastructure proactively; troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate\nincidents within SLA.\nSupport the CISO/security function on day-to-day compliance tasks, security tooling\nconfiguration, and audit evidence gathering.\nIdentify repetitive manual tasks and build automation (Shell/Python scripting, API\nintegrations) to streamline IT operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration projects and resolve\ntooling gaps.\nMaintain and enforce existing IT policies and procedures; flag gaps for review.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery execution - testing, documentation,\nand runbook upkeep.\nAct as the escalation point for Tier 2/3 technical support and helpdesk operations.\nSenior IT Administrator (Global) | Confidential\nAppZen - Senior IT Administrator (Global) JD\nDocument processes, configurations, and runbooks to build team knowledge and reduce\nsingle points of failure.\nCoordinate with vendors on day-to-day support tickets, renewals, and issue resolution.\nMentor junior IT staff and interns on troubleshooting approach and best practices.\nTrack IT performance metrics (uptime, ticket resolution time, SLA adherence) and report\non trends.\nExperience and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n2-5 years of hands-on experience administering IT infrastructure and operations;\nexperience in a global, multi-office, or distributed-team environment preferred.\nStrong working knowledge of network administration, endpoint management, and SaaS\napplication administration.\nPractical experience with automation/scripting (Shell, Python) to streamline recurring IT\ntasks.\nComfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment.
