applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for healthcare and life sciences applications.\n\n- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, NLP, and prompt engineering.\n\n- Architect AI applications for clinical research, drug discovery, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare workflows.\n\n- Integrate AI solutions with healthcare systems, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Ensure data privacy, security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP, where relevant.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML, or enterprise solution development.\n\n- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Strong understanding of Life Sciences or Healthcare domain processes and data.\n\n- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI.\n\n- Excellent solution-design, stakeholder-management, and technical leadership skills.\n\nPreferred : \n\n- Experience with clinical data standards, FHIR/HL7, CDISC, or healthcare regulatory
