PURPOSE:\n\nThe QA Test Analyst is responsible for performing quality assurance testing for online products and platform throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\n\n- Operates generally within team, with increasing awareness of influence of team's work within the department\n\n- Collaborates with other team members\n\n- Proficient in manual software testing techniques, including complex scenarios and has thorough understanding of QA processes.\n\n- Proficient in defect tracking, creation and execution of test cases, facilitating efficient issue resolution.\n\n- Exhibits strong attention to detail, good communication skills, collaborates within the team, helps junior team members and open to continuous learning\n\n- Demonstrated experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum.\n\n- Understanding of the industry or domain in which the organization operates and multiple modules of the project.\n\n- Offers knowledge transfer as necessary to fellow team members\n\n- Contributes to continuous improvement initiative by suggesting improvements in existing processes\n\n- Actively engages in team meetings\n\n- Builds relationships focused on collaboration, to enable productivity in teammates\n\n- Communicates needs and goals to lead\n\n- Proactively identifies and raises problems, risks\n\n- Resolves conflicts respectfully and system\n\n- Focus on requirements, delving into the advanced intricacies and its implications on regression testing\n\nSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\n\nEssential:\n\n- Experience: Experience in functional and integration testing or a related field.\n\n- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and knowledge of HTML and CSS.\n\n- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).\n\n- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Analytical Skills: Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\n- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.\n\n- Agile: Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.\n\n- GenAI: Experience using GenAI tools to improve QA efficiency, test design, analysis, and productivity.\n\nLanguage, Analytical Skills, and Person Specifications:\n\n- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, including providing detailed feedback and status updates.\n\n- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and
