optimize complex SQL queries and data models.\n\n- Ensure data quality, reliability, lineage, and governance across pipelines.\n\n- Implement and manage workflow orchestration using DAG-based tools.\n\n- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.\n\n- Drive architectural decisions for scalable and production-grade data platforms.\n\n- Utilize AI/LLMs to enhance engineering workflows, automation, and productivity.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.\n\n- Expert-level SQL and Data Warehousing knowledge.\n\n- Hands-on experience with dbt or SQLMesh (mandatory).\n\n- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.\n\n- Experience with workflow orchestration and DAG-based tools (Airflow or similar).\n\n- Knowledge of data lineage, monitoring, and data quality practices.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills.\n\n- Proven experience building production-grade data solutions.\n\n- Hands-on experience using LLMs/AI tools to improve development workflows.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with Databricks.\n\n- Knowledge of Vector Search, Embeddings, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI agents.\n\n- Experience in startup or product-based environments.\n\n- Exposure to FinTech or Financial Services domain.\n\nQualifications :
