The role requires strong SQL skills and the ability to design and execute automated data validation checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems.\n\nExperience working with ERP data, particularly SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM modules, will be an added advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, and execute automated data validation and reconciliation test cases using Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI).\n\n- Perform source-to-target data validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.\n\n- Conduct database testing, ETL testing, data warehouse validation, and data migration and conversion testing.\n\n- Develop and execute SQL queries to validate datasets, identify discrepancies, and investigate data quality issues.\n\n- Perform data profiling, field-level validation, reconciliation testing, and report validation.\n\n- Validate data across relational databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and SAP HANA.\n\n- Test flat-file and semi-structured data sources, including CSV, JSON, and XML.\n\n- Develop reconciliation test case suites covering master data, open transactions, and historical transactions.\n\n- Establish traceability between data mapping rules and corresponding automated test cases to ensure complete test coverage.\n\n- Analyze data discrepancies, identify root causes, and maintain defect logs with categorized root-cause analysis.\n\n- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, ERP teams, and QA teams to resolve data quality issues.\n\n- Monitor test execution results and support performance-aware validation of large datasets.\n\n- Ensure enterprise data testing standards, quality benchmarks, and validation frameworks are consistently followed.\n\nMandatory Skills & Experience:\n\n- 6+ Years of Experience in DataBase Testing with various tools including Tosca DI (Data Integrity).\n\n- Proven practical experience using Tosca DI specifically for database testing, data validation, and reconciliation.\n\n- Strong understanding of data quality assurance, source-to-target validation, and data integrity testing.\n\n- Hands-on experience in ETL testing, data migration, data conversion, and data warehouse validation.\n\n- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data verification.\n\n- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and SAP HANA.\n\n- Understanding of data types, data mapping, transformation rules, and data profiling.\n\n- Experience validating structured, flat-file, and semi-structured data sources.\n\n- Ability to investigate data mismatches, identify root causes, and report defects effectively.\n\n- Understanding of enterprise data testing frameworks and automated validation processes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience working with ERP data and SAP modules, particularly SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM.\n\n- Experience with large-scale enterprise data migration and transformation projects.\n\n- Familiarity with data warehouse architecture and complex data reconciliation scenarios.\n\n- Experience developing comprehensive test coverage and mapping business rules to automated validation checks.\n\nExpected Deliverables:\n\n- Automated data validation and reconciliation test cases suites.\n\n- Test coverage for master data, open transactions, and historical transactions.\n\n- Traceability between source-to-target mapping rules and automated test cases.\n\n- Data profiling, field-level validation, and report testing results.\n\n- Structured defect logs with root-cause categorization and discrepancy analysis.\n\n- Test execution reports demonstrating data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation status.\n\nImportant:\n\nCandidates must have genuine, hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI).
