Job Title: HCM Workday Developer (Technical) (7+ years)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.
Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities.
Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience with Workday, including a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
